Job Summary This position provides strategic leadership and oversight of all KCTCS allied health programs, including academic and workforce training efforts aligned with Kentucky's allied healthcare pipeline. The Strategic Lead of Allied Health Programs leads curriculum alignment, regulatory compliance, and key external partnerships across the system. The role serves as the primary allied health liaison to healthcare and educational associations ensuring employer feedback and participation into academic programs. Oversight includes management of key external partnerships, clinical affiliation agreements, and healthcare-related grants. |

Job Duties: Serves as a strategic advisor and leader for all Allied Health Curriculum Committees across KCTCS colleges, providing guidance to ensure the alignment of allied health programs to meet evolving licensure standards and employer demands. Leads cross-functional teams in the innovation and expansion of existing and potential offerings along with assisting with implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing Kentucky's healthcare workforce. Collaborates closely with presidents, SO leaders, CAOs, and program leaders to drive impactful, data-informed decisions that improve program effectiveness, student outcomes, and workforce readiness. Utilize workforce data and licensure outcomes to refine academic and workforce preparation pathways. |

Additional Skills Requested: Community college teaching experience in a healthcare program is desirable. The position will work to ensure healthcare programs are aligned and meeting the needs and requirements of respective business/industry sectors. |
