Job Duties: This position reports to the Vice President of Academic Affairs and will assist the Vice President of Academic Affairs and Dean of Academic Services in operations of the Office of the Vice President of Academic Affairs/Academic Affairs Division to include: |
|
Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree and three to four years related work experience or equivalent. Preference will be given to applicants with additional years of experience. Strong organizational skills as well as strong written and oral communication skills. Work confidentially with discretion; exercise considerable judgment and applying experience in making decisions. Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action. Detail-oriented, with the ability to facilitate others, prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and work independently or as a member of a highly-functioning team. This position requires a high level of professionalism and initiative, as well as the ability to meet deadlines, to work under pressure, and to adjust to changing priorities. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. |
