Job Summary Owensboro Community and Technical College is seeking applications for a full-time, 12-month faculty position as Medical Assisting Instructor/Program Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this role is to teach core courses within OCTC’s Medical Assisting (MA) Program, ensuring alignment with CAAHEP accreditation standards. Key duties include program development, coordination, instruction, assessment, and evaluation. This position contributes to the College’s mission by providing students with the academic, technical, and career-focused knowledge necessary to succeed in the high-demand field of medical assisting. |

Job Duties: • Coordinate all aspects of the Medical Assisting (MA) program, including instruction, course development, adjunct faculty recruitment, budget oversight, and student achievement assessment. |

Minimum Qualifications: • Associate degree in healthcare and three (3) years of related work experience or equivalent. |

Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of related experience is preferred. |
