Minimum Qualifications: The desired applicant will be a proven leader with the ability to bring renewed focus on student success and academic innovation and have experience working with a variety of agencies, politics and personalities. Must be vested in shaping the workforce and economic development strengths of the college to meet the emerging needs of business and industry. Applicant must have strong leadership skills, integrity, creativity, energy, excellent communication skills, conflict resolution skills, experience with budget planning/management and experience working in a community college. A doctoral degree and progressive leadership experience are required. |
