Job Summary The Creative Specialist position is responsible for promoting the value, recognition and overall brand of KCTCS through the design and production of a myriad of printed and electronic materials for KCTCS, its colleges and all other groups under the KCTCS umbrella. Additionally, this position is responsible for establishing, codifying and maintaining a consistent brand across the system. It is also the caretaker and primary designer for the Pathfinder mascot. |

Job Duties: Public Advocacy /Student Recruitment - Promote the value and recognition of KCTCS through the design of myriad printed and electronic material including but not limited to: ads, apparel, banners, billboards, brochures, digital ads (htmlS, social media), fliers, folders, mini viewbooks, pamphlets, posters, signage, vehicle signage, vehicle wraps, viewbooks, etc. Generally, this material is customized for each of the 16 colleges. |

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent. |

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or equivalent. |

Additional Skills Requested: Mastery of design software, knowledge of printing processes, knowledge of digital design, knowledge of animation, experience working with printers. |
