Job Summary Responsible for managing the Technical Programs. Provides academic leadership and operational management for credit and non-credit programs in CTE. Accountable for developing and administering instructional programs; faculty hiring and evaluation; budget development and oversight; maintaining programmatic accreditations; and strengthening the delivery of instruction and the quality of the learning environment to ensure student success. This position also plays a lead role in key grants and resource development for the college, including Perkins. |

Job Duties: • Evaluates full-time and part-time faculty to ensure continuity of quality classroom instruction. Recommends enhancement, retention or non-retention. This position serves all six Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College campuses—Cumberland, Harlan, Knox, Middlesboro, Pineville, and Whitesburg. The individual selected for this role will be on the Cumberland Campus; however, travel to other campuses is required. The designated home campus may be reassessed and adjusted in the future as institutional needs evolve. |

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in leadership in higher eductions setting. |

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree with 2-4 years of experience in leadership in higher eductions setting. |

Additional Skills Requested: • Training, participation and/or knowledge of higher education accreditation procedures, articulation process, assessment and program review. |
