Job Summary Provides strategic oversight and administrative leadership for Allied Health and Nursing programs, guiding program and curriculum development, institutional assessment, and continuous improvement. Leads faculty development and performance management efforts while ensuring full compliance with accreditation standards and other regulatory requirements. Champions innovation in the delivery of instruction and student support services to enhance access, quality, and outcomes. |

Job Duties: • Evaluates full-time and part-time faculty to ensure continuity of quality classroom instruction. Recommends enhancement, retention or non-retention. This position serves all six Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College campuses—Cumberland, Harlan, Knox, Middlesboro, Pineville, and Whitesburg. The individual selected for this role will be on the Cumberland Campus; however, travel to other campuses is required. The designated home campus may be reassessed and adjusted in the future as institutional needs evolve. |

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in leadership in higher eductions setting. |

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree with 2-4 years of experience in leadership in higher eductions setting. |

Additional Skills Requested: • Training, participation and/or knowledge of higher education accreditation procedures, articulation process, assessment and program review. |
