Job Summary HealthForce Kentucky in collaboration with Owensboro Community and Technical College is seeking a Paramedic Coordinator of Education. This position will interface with content experts/faculty and other Simulation Education Specialist to help develop simulation based trainings. This individual will be responsible for ensuring simulation and KBEMS standards are being upheld. This position functions as a simulation subject matter expert and provides options to educators to get the most out of the equipment and experiences for participants. The position is currently grant funded with objectives to secure extended funding. |

Job Duties: • Serve as a simulation content expert and a primary point of contact for other mobile units and EMS education. This position interfaces with customers who want to use resources and adapt new instructional methods. Each event will need to have a roadmap developed that is well organized with a purpose and plan. Each event will take special consideration for the age of the learners and appropriateness of the content for that learner group. |

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or similar and two (2) years of relevant clinical work experience is required. |

Preferred Qualifications: • Master’s degree in healthcare and four (4) years of relevant clinical work experience. |
