Job Duties: The Program Specialist supports the implementation and management of two federal grant programs: the Title III Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP) and the Upward Bound Math & Science (UBMS) Program at Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College. This position provides administrative support, coordinates program activities, and ensures compliance with federal regulations and college policies. |

Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree and one-year related work experience or equivalent. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent customer service, written communication, and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will have experience handling confidential information and demonstrate a strong work ethic with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
