Job Summary

Somerset Community College invites applications for a Facilities Worker II position at Valley Oak. Standard work schedule is 11:00 am. to 7:30 pm. Monday through Friday. Schedule is subject to change based on day to day needs.

Job Duties:

To perform assigned duties relative to the care, upkeep, and security of college property, including all phases of maintenance and cleaning of buildings and grounds; other duties as assigned. May occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED, plus one year of related experience.  

Preferred Qualifications:

In addition to minimum requirements, maintenance/custodial experience in a commercial setting is preferred.
