Job Summary The primary purpose of the Advanced Manufacturing Training Specialist - Workforce Solutions is to work with the Workforce Development Director to assess employer training needs, design customized and accelerated training solutions, and deliver advanced manufacturing training instruction. |

Job Duties: • Advanced Manufacturing Instruction and Recordkeeping Identify and utilize appropriate instructional tools, including software, multimedia visual aids, textbooks, supplies, and equipment. Prepare lesson plans, syllabi, and instructional materials. Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback to support learning and skill development. Keep accurate records, including grades, attendance, and training activity documentation. Enforce safety standards and professional expectations, including attendance, teamwork, communication, and workplace behaviors. Maintain a structured and effective learning environment. Continuously evaluate and update curricula and instructional methods to ensure program effectiveness. • Needs-Based Analysis and Training Plan Development Design high-quality advanced manufacturing courses designed to meet the specific needs of Workforce customers and provide relevant learning opportunities. Develop curricula, course content, instructional methods, training schedules and measurable student learning objectives. Collaborate with faculty and staff to provide instructional design support, including best practices, ADA compliance, and quality assurance. • Professional Development Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and enhance instructional and technical expertise. • Other Duties as Assigned Support special programs and events and contribute as an engaged member of the Workforce Solutions team. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. |

Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor degree and six years related work experience, or equivalent. |
