Procurement Associate III in Versailles, KY
The Procurement Associate III position is the point of contact for support to KCTCS colleges and business units. This position negotiates and awards contracts, reviews agreements for legality, and modifies and renews existing contracts. This position is also charged with creating and processing solicitations; evaluating proposals and bids; processing orders; and supplier relations. In addition, this role is the WEX fuel card administrator for the fleet vehicles across the system working in tandem with facilities. Positions with the KCTCS System Office located in Versailles, KY are term-contract positions, with the expectancy of continuance based on performance. KCTCS offers a hybrid work schedule with a requirement to be onsite a minimum of 3 days per work week. Hybrid work schedules are subject to periodic review and may be modified or terminated at any time.
