This position is the Simulation Education Specialist for HealthForce Kentucky in collaboration with Owensboro Community and Technical College. This position will oversee the standardized participant program and assist with the day-to-day operations of the education team. This position interfaces with content experts/faculty to develop lifelike simulation based training experiences. This individual will be responsible for ensuring simulation standards are upheld and working collaboratively with educators to get the most out of the equipment, simulated patient encounters, and train individuals to portray a wide variety of patient and family situations. Position is grant funded and continuation is contingent upon future funding.

The Student Success Coach/Academic Advisor provides a holistic case management model of student services to facilitate student completion of educational goals. The Advisor will work directly with new, returning, assigned, referred, and perspective students to assist them in reaching their educational goals.
