Job Duties
The Assessment Coordinator rlays a crucialrole in the Office of Academic Engagement, responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive assessment strategies to measurethe effectiveness and impactof our academic programs, student successinitiatives, and engagement acfivities.
Minimum Qualifications
1. AssessmentStrategy: Develop and oversee a systematic assessment plan that aligns with the office's goals and objectives.
2. Data Collection: Coordinate data collection effort, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other assessment tools.
3. Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret assessment data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
4. Report Generation: Prepare detailed reports on assessment findirgs, presenting actionable recommendations to enhance program andinitiative effectiveness.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues, faculty, and staff to integrate assessment into program planning and decision making processes.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with assessment best practices and contribute to the enhancemen of assessment methodologies within the office.

1. Considerable years of experience in assessment.
2. Strong organizational and project managemert skills.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and aspart of < team.

6. Knowledge of student success, engagement, and higher educatian best practices.
7. Strong understanding of assessment principles and methodologies.
8. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software.

10. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
