Job Duties:
• Assist in the facilitation of day-to-day operations and general administration of university
policies regarding non-discrimination and sexual misconduct
• Assist the University Title IX Coordinator with the development, implementation, and
monitoring of University policies regarding non-discrimination and sexual misconduct
• Oversee and coordinate timely completion of university process resolutions, including
providing supervision to investigators
• Conduct prompt, thorough university-process resolutions of Title IX/EEO complex cases
• Provide EEO/Title IX guidance and support to campus partners, such as Student Affairs,
Human Resources, Academic Affairs, and Athletics
• Prepare and disseminate educational materials, including brochures, posters, and webbased materials that inform members of the campus community of their rights and
responsibilities under applicable University policies, state laws, and federal laws.
• Identify and analyze trends or patterns in case data and prepare regularly scheduled,
detailed reports: uses data to identify process improvements
• Participate in investigative team or work group meetings; prepares and assembles
materials for use at such meetings.
• Serve on university-appointed committees as assigned
• Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in
a related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of Title IX and VAWA and other applicable laws and
regulations are required
• Experience in conducting investigations alleging discrimination and harassment
• Knowledge of and experience with issues related to gender based violence
• Demonstrated committed to diversity, equity, inclusivity, and accessibility, as well as the
ability to work with a wide range of constituencies (staff, students, faculty, administrators)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor or Ed.D/Ph.D in a related field preferred
