Job Duties

Catawba Hospital has an opportunity for a full time cook to join our dietary department. Successful applicant will perform duties relative to menu production, sanitation, and preparation of meals for regular and special diets. Selected individual will work with the food production team to prepare meals for regular and special diets.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be able to work rotating shifts 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Sunday.

Additional Considerations

Knowledge/experience of large quantity cooking, including recipe expansion for regular and special diets is preferred. Prior food service experience in healthcare environment.
