Job Duties

The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking to hire (3) Program Support Technicians for a full-time position with our Use Agreement work center.
The individuals will be responsible for providing support to Use Agreement Services and managing the administrative duties of the Okta Platform. The activities include day-to-day operations for the release of information via the telephone, computer, processing applications, finalizing contracts, and setting up use agreements with fee-paying and non-fee-paying customers, working with the Management Analyst and the Program Manager in resolving customer concerns and problems, setting up users for access to obtain driver, vehicle and personal information, update DMV records via CSS, and indexing and maintaining Use Agreement files in the OnBase system and Excel spreadsheets. The incumbent assists the Management Analyst and Program Manager in the efficient and timely delivery of related services, ensuring compliance with State and Federal statutes governing the release of information from DMV’s records.

Minimum Qualifications

-Working knowledge of business English, grammar and Mathematics, agency and state laws
related to assigned area.
-Working skill using a keyboard, personal computer, and automated systems. Experience with Microsoft, Excel, Word and Outlook.
-Working skill with office operating practices, filing systems and office equipment.
-Demonstrated ability to interpret, explain and apply guidelines, regulations, policies, and procedures to customers both orally and in writing.
-Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work using prescribed procedures.
-Demonstrated ability to communicate courteously and effectively with internal and external customers both orally and in writing.
-Demonstrated ability to work independently.
-Demonstrated ability to conduct extensive research using provided materials and equipment.
-Demonstrated the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and in an effective manner.
Demonstrated the ability to compose correspondence, research, analyze data and reach logical conclusions.
