Job Duties

To coordinate the provision of support services for the district office and the management of offenders' data and preparation of reports and correspondence. To assist in communication with the offenders, court, general public and other agencies. To support the district in its mission of enhancing public safety and providing effective supervision to the adult offenders and for preparing comprehensive background reports for the courts and the Department of Corrections.

Serves as the Office Manager for a large probation and parole district office. Supports management and staff by performs fiscal, procurement and personnel-related responsibilities for the office. Plans, directs, and provides guidance to others in the performance of administrative support functions.

Minimum Qualifications

High School degree or equivalent. Working knowledge of computers with competency in Microsoft Office applications, Gmail; Office management procedures; Basic knowledge of Facility management; working knowledge of Procurement protocols, skilled in drafting correspondence, reporting and presenting information Skilled in organizing and prioritizing workloads, managing time independently. Demonstrated ability to show attention to detail and quality assurance measures in work. Ability to deal with diverse and difficult populations.

Additional Considerations

Previous office management experience. Experience leading and coaching others
