Job Duties

The Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Intake Coordinator will support and manage aspects of the Virginia Values Veterans Employment and Transition services. Primary duties shall include oversight of operational and administration tasks to support client intake and transition services. In this role, the coordinator will process constituent inquiry requests, client transition applications for processing and dissemination to regional staff members. Additional duties include ensuring the electronic database has minimal duplicate entries, accurate reports, and closed out client profiles. The Intake Coordinator will also assist with distributing and compiling client exit interviews survey.
Responsibilities are not limited to coordinating the administration of duties and operations with V3 headquarters staff; networking with community partners; assisting with daily planning, administration, and scheduling.

Minimum Qualifications

Manage multiple clients, programmatic activities and/or projects simultaneously.
• Effective interaction with diverse constituencies and inter-agency government officials to discuss administrative matters, develop, and implement administrative policies and procedures.
• Analyze policy, identify, and prioritize the use of to provide for program performance and service delivery.
• Demonstrated knowledge of database administration and/or a client relationship management system (CRM)
• Demonstrated experience with managing a high-volume of clients, triaging for services/customer service.
• Demonstrated experience with developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Demonstrated experience with quality assurance/control reviews.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organization skills.
• Training and instruction experience with adult learners

Comprehensive experience and education in social services, business, public administration, education or combination of education and job experience that leads to the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed above.
