Job Duties

The Human Resources Analyst position compiles, structures, and analyzes human resources data to make conclusions that help streamline HR processes. This position processes employee and position transactions. It also provides guidance and assistance to all Judicial system employees regarding compensation to ensure compliance with State and departmental policies and procedures.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

· Conducting research on compensation benchmarks and benefits packages

· Coordinating and administering compensation programs

· Analyzing and evaluation current HR strategies, program, and practices

· Developing and implementing HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

· Assisting in talent acquisition, recruitment processes and workforce planning

· Maintaining and updating HR databases and systems

· Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

· Performing regular audits on HR files and records

· Preparing reports and presentations on HR metrics for management

· Participating in HR projects, such as process improvements, system enhancements, and new initiatives

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-based reports on HR metrics

· Strong skills in statistics and data analysis

· Ability to design and implement effective research and data analysis

· Strong knowledge of HR databases and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

Additional Considerations

Preferred Qualifications/Experience: • Several years of relevant work experience
