Job Duties

Under the supervision of Zone Lead or Manager perform to provide maintenance service work orders, repair and preventive maintenance, on the buildings, equipment, and utility systems, grounds and snow removal. Ability to navigate through computer for documents reports and data working knowledge in word and excel.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge:
1. A working knowledge of the operation and maintenance of light, medium equipment
2. A working knowledge of General maintenance pulling and researching data off computer or other resources.
3. Working knowledge of utility, plumbing, painting and building maintenance, use of various hand and shop tools.
4. Safe working practices including lockout & tag out, and MSDS requirements.

Skills:
1. Employee must be skilled in the use of various hand and shop tools for maintenance work, including drills, saws, drain cleaning equipment,
2. Good mechanical skills. Good computer skills
3. Excellent safety practices.

Abilities:
1. Employee must be able to, read, write, communicate clearly, follow instructions, perform basic math calculations, lift heavy objects, walking on various surfaces and work in various weather conditions.
2. Ability to follow directions provided by skilled technicians, work independently and to make decisions on how to perform the required tasks.
3. Able to operate motor vehicles and snow equipment.
4. Able to perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
