Job Duties

The Deputy Clerk is assigned operational responsibilities and ensures court's instructions are executed and legal papers are prepared with accuracy and in accordance with appropriate policies and procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Filing, data entry, answering phone inquiries and counter assistance.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Requires knowledge and skills of general office operations and procedures (i.e., typing, filing, data entry, and receipting payments). Verbal and written communications skills.

Additional Considerations

This is a wage position with no benefits. $12.00 per hour.
