Job Duties
This job will require extensive travel throughout the Commonwealth and frequent overnight stays.
The Office Manager (Select) oversees the DMV Select Audit Team and manages daily operations, compliance, and audit functions across DMV Select locations. This role ensures contract compliance, operational efficiency, and effective training while leading audits and reviews of DMV Select agents and Auto Auctions.
Also, oversees a wide range of operations across DMV Select locations, Auto Auctions, and the VIADA processing center. Responsibilities include analyzing audit data, managing daily operations, and ensuring compliance with DMV policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of DMV vehicle processing and mySelect system.
• Understanding of compliance requirements for revenue collection, transaction processing, and asset control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with DMV partners and internal teams.
• Analytical skills to review audit results, provide feedback, and recommend corrective actions.
Additional Considerations
• Experience with DMV Select operations, Auto Auctions, or similar programs.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations regarding vehicle services and compliance.
• Background check: Must pass a criminal background check.
• Driver’s license: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
