Job Duties

DMV is seeking to hire an Auditing & Compliance Specialist to work with the Select Team.
The DMV Select Auditing and Compliance Specialist is responsible for conducting audits and ensuring compliance across DMV Select partners, Auto Auctions, and the VIADA processing center. This includes verifying the accuracy of transaction processing, revenue collection, and inventory control. The role also involves providing on-site and remote technical support and training to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to DMV policies.
This role involves managing multifaceted tasks across audits, compliance, and technical support for various DMV partner operations. The complexity arises in balancing multi-domain audits, compliance identification, and remote/onsite responsibilities. The specialist must evaluate transaction processing, revenue collection, and inventory control against DMV policies, handle non-compliance, and adapt to different environments while providing accurate data analysis and reporting.
This position will require extensive travel across the Commonwealth and with frequent overnight stays.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of DMV vehicle processing and mySelect system.
• Understanding of compliance requirements for revenue collection, transaction processing, and asset control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with DMV partners and internal teams.
• Analytical skills to review audit results, provide feedback, and recommend corrective actions.

Additional Considerations

• Experience with DMV Select operations, Auto Auctions, or similar programs.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations regarding vehicle services and compliance.


• Background check: Must pass a criminal background check.
• Driver’s license: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
