Job Duties
Provide First Level of Technical Support for the Trojan Card Office, Telecomm Services and the FAST Department. Set-up and configure the Point of Sale (POS) and Pax Readers for the On and Off Campus Vendors. Troubleshoot Systems and Network Issues. Provide training to On and Off Campus Vendors on the POS and Pax Readers. Will be the Back-Up for the Trojan Card and FAST Manager. Also provide the highest quality of products and services in order to make the On and Off Campus Vendors a Great Experience. Supervisors Trojan Card Coordinator.
Responsible for maintaining the Trojan Card Office and Telecommunication Services Web Page. Responsible for the PHILS Machine, making sure that they are operational. Assist with the Year -End Process. Work to bring in new Off-Campus Vendors. Work closely with Thompson Hospitality when New On-Campus Vendors will be on campus. Responsible for ordering, assigning, distribution and monthly billing for all Telecommunication Services.
Prepares Vouchers, Expense Reports and Journals for the Cardinal Upload. Assist with loading Payroll and Budget Files. Create new Funds, Indexes or Org Code when needed. Assist with Quarterly testing for IT when updates are due. Assist the Purchasing Department with the Encumbrance Clean-Up.
Prepare the New eVA Request Form and prepare the removal of Employees from eVA once they leave the University. Prepare Cardinal Access Forms for the Financial Portal. Assist with Clearing Employees access from the Banner Finance Module. Responsible for Telecomm Service Monthly Billing for the entire university.
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities and/or Competencies required to successfully perform the work:
Experience and working technical knowledge in the operation of the Point of Sale (POS) Machines, Pax Readers and PHIL Machines.
Experience and working knowledge of the Banner Finance Module as related to financial transactions and to be able to assist other Departments when they are having issue with the Banner Finance Module.
Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment to interpret policy and develop procedures when working with New on and Off Campus Vendors.
Proficiency in the Atrium Card System and Card Exchange (CE), and Microsoft Office Application.
Experience and working knowledge of the Oracle Database (TOAD) and the working knowledge of PL/SQL Proficiency in running and developing reports in the Atrium Card System.
Experience and working knowledge of the eVA Integration Errors (BizTalk).
Excellent human relation skills are required in coordinating and delivering excellent customer service.
Experience using or working with UC4(Workload Automation Suite Application Suite).
Additional Considerations
Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or computer science is preferred.
