Job Duties

The Business Analyst will support the Grant Management and Recovery Division to ensure that the business needs, processes, correspondence, and workflows required to successfully administer federal grant funds and sub-awards is accurately reflected in an existing web-based system. This position, in many cases will be involved in coordinating workflow changes and correspondence with the vendor, doing quality control and quality assurance on data inputs and make recommendations for any changes, and managing support tickets. The Business Analyst will also assist in developing interfaces with ArcGIS systems to enhance reporting, and with budget management system.

Minimum Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to document detailed requirements, project execution plans, and
user job aids.
- Excellent ability to track issues and communicate status updates to technical and non-
technical individuals and groups.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, Visio applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Works well independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with data-driven/configurable/workflow applications a plus.
- Must have a valid Drivers License

Additional Considerations

- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst preferred.

The salary for this position is negotiable up to the maximum hiring range listed in this posting. Offers will not be made outside of the hiring range. This is a restricted position due to the funding source.
