The Richmond and Henrico Health District is seeking two Office Services Supervisors to join our teams. The Office Services Supervisor supervises employees performing administrative, fiscal and/or clerical functions. Typical duties: determines priorities, schedules and reviews work; trains, counsels and formally evaluates employees including recommending and taking disciplinary action; evaluates and improves office productivity by recommending organizational changes if necessary for each office, shift or operational area supervised; interprets and implements state and local policies and procedures; assures compliance with program requirements; directly performs more complex clerical duties; collects and analyzes data.
One position will be at the Henrico East location and the other at Richmond City Health District. Mileage reimbursement is available for any work-related travel. Typical work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Minimum Qualifications
Considerable knowledge of and experience in program organization, ability to query and enter data into web-based database. Computer skills necessary.
Excellent customer service and communications skills (oral and written)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to work and contribute within collaborative relationships, including the public
Additional Considerations
Experience supervising in a healthcare/medical setting
Experience in patient confidentially (HIPAA)
Comprehensive knowledge of and experience in general office practices/procedures and business math
