Job Duties
Knowledge and working clinical knowledge of PCC/POC, QAPI, policies, procedures, plan of corrections, and healthcare technology.
Skillset of problem solving and ensuring effective communication and quality resident care are streamlined between disciplines by monitoring facility programs, electronic health records, and integration of multi-disciplinary electronic applications. Ability to identify, analyze, manage, and communicate data in regard to resident care, staff performance, and facility system processes to ensure highest quality of care possible through performance improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
Licensed RN in the State of Virginia
Skilled Nursing experience required
Nursing Informatics Degree preferred. Current Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) Certification preferred or willing to obtain within 1 year of employment
BLS certification required upon hire or willing to obtain
