Job Duties

This position is responsible for providing front desk support, greeting residents and visitors, answering and transferring all calls, giving information, direction, and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, and guests, and vendors, and performing a variety of clerical duties. This position ensures a professional and welcoming environment for all residents, guest and staff. Hours for this position are every Saturday and Sunday with rotating shifts of 8:00am-4:00pm and/or 4:00pm-8:00pm.

Minimum Qualifications

Clear verbal and written communication.
Accurate data entry and documentation.
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office: Teams, Outlook, and Excel) and the ability to learn new applications.
Must have excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervisor.
Problem-solving and basic conflict resolution.
