About the Position:
The Virginia State Police (VSP) is seeking to hire an Office Services Assistant in our Safety Division Headquarters office, located in Richmond, Virginia. The job duties for this position include but are not limited to:
• Serving as the receptionist to greet visitors, answer telephones, and give information regarding the Division.
• Maintaining personnel information, rosters, assigned equipment files and vehicle files.
• Sending and receiving correspondence as needed.
• Cross training to serve in other positions as needed.
