As a member of the Digital Initiatives & Web Presence (DIWP) division, the successful candidate will be part of a team that blends archival and technical expertise to manage digital systems, produce and maintain descriptive and interactive content, coordinate digitization workflows, and enhance the Library’s web presence in service to staff, patrons, and external stakeholders.

Format Migration & Digital Conversion: Develops and applies policies, workflows, and procedures that support the effective preservation and long-term accessibility of digital and analog content, including migration and conversion activities by reformatting analog media and preparing digital content in accordance with the Library’s preservation and accessibility standards.

Preservation Policy & Standards: Collaborates with DIWP colleagues to design and implement policies that promote the long-term preservation, security, and accessibility of the Library’s digital assets.
