Job Duties

Incumbent will provide the Office of Family Health Services (OFHS) in computer, Telecom and information systems support. This position will be responsible for facilitating the continuity of operations planning program, such support will include gathering data and presenting orts on the behalf of the COOP planning program to internal stakeholders and OFHS leadership. Responsibilities also include the coordination and management of daily business operational activities, including functions related to finance, facilities management, inventory, fixed and controllable assets and fleet management. This position may also serve as a liaison for IT support and reconciliation.
Characteristic duties include researching funding sources, collecting and analyzing data for business needs and providing guidance and coordination of services for assigned customer base. Follows established standard operating procedures and maintains clear and accurate documentation and procedural documents. May provide support for contract management activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Knowledge of facility management processes, including OSHA, maintenance, contracts, utilities, security, and employee access.
• Ability to evaluate and coordinate facility needs and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Understanding of contract coordination and fiscal administration related to facility services.
• Experience conducting inventory management and managing tracking, monitoring, and disposal processes for assets.
• Experience developing reports and maintaining records in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Ability to manage and maintain accurate data and records.
• Strong communication skills to serve as a liaison with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.
• Ability to coordinate IT support and link customers to resources.

- Working knowledge in the IT procurement process
