Job Duties
The Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) is excited to offer a competitive opportunity to serve as the Managed Care Systems and Reporting Supervisor. The selected competitive candidate will provide exceptional delivery of services to the Health Care Services Division.
Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
The chief objective of this position is to supervise the staff and activities of Cardinal Care Managed Care (CCMC) Systems & Reporting Unit (SRU). This position ensures that all staff have the tools, training, and resources needed to adequately perform the duties within their EWP. The Supervisor assists staff with day to day operations & tasks and oversees all activities related to managed care systems and reporting. This position ensures that all operational SRU activities and stakeholder requests are tracked, worked, and resolved in a timely manner. This position reports to the CCMC Manager of Systems & Reporting.
The business needs for this position have in office requirements to include but are not limited to attending meetings and in-person projects.

Minimum Qualifications
Competitive candidates will meet these minimum qualifications:
Considerable experience in information technology supervisory / senior / team lead roles that includes leading direct reports across different functional areas within the unit.
Working experience working with different technical tools for research and data gathering, such as SQL, Tableau, SAS, and/or other reporting software.
Considerable experience with systems development life cycle (SDLC), particularly with requirements analysis and acceptance testing.
Considerable experience effectively motivating and leading teams to achieve program and agency goals.
Considerable experience with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.
Knowledge/Experience interpretation and application of federal, state laws/regulations
Experience in meeting deadlines.
Considerable experience working with internal/external stakeholders.
Experience with data exchanges, developing file specifications, data quality validation, ETL, and/or data compliance.
Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple concurrent projects and to coordinate and manage diverse resources and systems.
Additional Considerations
Competitive candidates should meet these additional considerations:
Experience with Health Insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Managed Care.
Knowledge of project management.
