Job Duties
Directly responsible to the Trades Manager for providing a safe and comfortable environment for residents & staff by repairing and maintaining properly functioning equipment and systems to include but not limited to: potable water systems, pumps, water/steam heat exchangers, hot water heating systems, sanitary sewer systems, steam and condensate distribution systems, fire suppression/sprinkler systems, and related equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
• Extensive experience at a Journeyman's level in commercial: Plumbing, steam and condensate systems, fire suppression and sprinkler systems.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Gas Fitters License.
• Completion of trade school and/or accredited Plumbing/Steam fitting apprenticeship.
Additional Considerations
• Journeyman (or higher) Plumbers card.
