• Facilitating best-practice sharing and implementation.
• Delivering workforce updates and policy clarification.
• Facilitating facility HR strategic planning aligned with the DBHDS CHRO’s HR Strategic Plan.
• Conducting SWOT analyses and recommending facility-wide adjustments.
• Coordinating workforce planning and succession strategies.
• Collaborating with OHRM workforce planning staff and keeping CHRO apprised of pipeline gaps.
• Monitoring compliance with state/federal laws and DHRM/DBHDS policies.
• Proposing risk-mitigation strategies and reporting audit results and corrective actions to the DBHDS CHRO.

• Progressive leadership experience in Human Resources, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-facility environments.
• Experience advising executive leaders and coordinating HR operations across complex organizations.
• Demonstrated success in strategic HR planning, workforce transformation, and compliance oversight.
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR management principles/practices and compliance requirements.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and diplomacy.
• Proven ability to brief executives and lead cross-facility consensus.
• Proficiency with HR systems and analytic tools (E.g., Cardinal HCM, Page-Up, Power BI).

Additional Considerations
