Job Duties

PROVIDE CUSTOEMR SERVICE ORIENTED CENTRAL RECEPTION FOR THE HOSPITAL
Focus on solving conflict or finding a solution to the problem not blaming. Inspire trust by keeping work schedule commitments, maintaining team and individual confidentiality and supporting everyone's efforts to succeed. Treat people with respect even When Under pressure. Maintain emotional control and objectively while directly involved in high stress situations. Balance team and individual responsibilities. Contribute to building positive team morale, Assist visitors, employees and patients providing a pleasant, professional, professional and cooperative attitude in interactions with no complaints of rudeness or unwillingness to help. Assure all visitors are checked in and have proper identification. Issue access control cards to appropriate personnel. Control access through remote locked entrance. Maintain accountability of all access control cards. Success measured by observation and feedback

Minimum Qualifications

• Be able to satisfactorily complete or resolve simultaneous requests or tasks.
• Extensive years of experience in customer service with the ability to communicate clearly and
• professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Ability to be flexible and able to work rotating shifts as well as weekends, holidays and occasional overtime.
• Ability to act in the capacity of essential personnel during emergency/crisis situations.

Additional Considerations

• Experience in a medical setting.
• Experience in dispatching calls / law enforcement.
• Experience monitoring fire alarm systems
