Job Duties
Responsible for overseeing and maintaining the operation and maintenance of a public
potable water distribution system and a wastewater treatment plant to constantly remain in compliance with state and federal codes for drinking water and discharges into the environment for public safety
Minimum Qualifications
General knowledge of the overall operation of water/wastewater treatment plants, and associated control regulations.
Additional Considerations
Skills in use of applicable mechanical equipment and ability to make adjustments and minor repairs as required. Ability to perform, interpret, and document required laboratory testing. Class 2 Water license and/or Class 2 Wastewater license preferred. Required to work towards obtaining Class 2 Water and Class 2 Wastewater license once hired.
