Job Duties
The Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is seeking a DLQA Supervisor at the East Henrico CDL location in Sandston, VA. The DLQA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing driver licensing audits, ensuring compliance with state and federal standards, and supervising DLQA Examiners. This role includes performing audits of third-party testers, training DMV staff, and managing driver licensing processes. The position ensures the integrity of DMV's testing operations, directly contributing to public safety on Virginia’s roads.

Minimum Qualifications
• Experience managing a team of Examiners and ensure operational compliance with DMV standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of driver licensing laws and regulations, including state and federal standards (e.g., AAMVA, CDL)
• In-depth understanding of fraud detection and prevention techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively managing staff and resolving issues with third-party testers
• Proficiency in conducting detailed audits and evaluations of driver licensing programs and third-party testers
• Problem-solving skills to address discrepancies in testing or audits and resolve operational challenges
Additional Considerations
• Extensive experience in regulatory compliance or quality assurance within transportation or government agencies.
• Proven experience overseeing driver licensing exams
