Job Duties
The Business Systems Analyst will work closely with the Data Services Manager to assist in the management of the development, modification, and maintenance of the Conservation Application Suite (CAS) application and database and other information technology (IT) projects. The position is responsible for working closely with business owners and other stakeholders to develop requirements for and ensure the successful implementation of IT solutions. The incumbent will implement and manage a change management process, perform testing, and work closely with users to coordinate acceptance testing as part of Agile and Waterfall projects and the development of documentation. This position will also assist in the development of data analyses and reporting tools for use by other staff.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with business and systems analysis, including gathering, analyzing, defining, and documenting business process and user requirements.
- Experience with data analysis, including data warehousing concepts and practices.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience with change management to support multiple business applications.
- Experience with managing User Acceptance Testing processes.
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels and providing clear communication.
Additional Considerations
- Experience with MS SQL Server.
- Experience with geospatial data management, analysis, and application development using ESRI software suite.
- Experience with Agile project management methodology.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar.
