The position requires a blend of technical coordination, problem-solving, and relationship management. You will translate technical requirements into practical guidance for providers, identify and resolve data quality or transmission issues, and support ongoing improvements to interface performance. Your efforts will directly contribute to data integrity, provider confidence in VIIS, and the Commonwealth’s ability to track immunization coverage and respond to public health needs.

This is a restricted position, which is solely funded by the Strengthening Vaccine-Preventable Disease Prevention and Response for a year period ending 2026-06-30.The availability of funding is scheduled for review annually and periodically thereafter.
