Job Duties
This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Agency Director and division leadership, ensuring the efficient execution of agency activities. In this role, you will deliver professional front desk coverage and comprehensive administrative assistance to maintain smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include managing complex administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with Commonwealth policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
• Considerable experience providing administrative support in a professional office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and demonstrated computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of professional office procedures and practices.
Additional Considerations
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a state agency.
• Knowledge of Commonwealth policies and procedures, with an emphasis on state travel
regulations.
• Experience with Small Purchase Credit Card program.
