Job Duties:

The Wilson Workforce and Rehabilitation Center (WWRC) Admissions Office is seeking Admissions Program Support. This position gathers, organizes, and reviews referral and pre‑admission documentation based on WWRC Admission Criteria and program guidelines. Caseload includes driving services for in‑person and virtual delivery, along with statewide initiatives such as Pathways support and Virtual Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and apply consumer pre‑admission documentation
• Initiate consumer service plans and consult with DARS field staff
• Ensure plan codes align in the AWARE Case Management System
• Document communication with staff and families
• Coordinate and schedule WWRC services
• Provide Admission Packets
• Utilize DocFinity to index electronic records
• Respond to consumers, families, and staff respectfully and timely
Admissions Program Support Duties:
• Confirm admissions and answer questions
• Conduct campus tours
• Cover the front desk and greet visitors
• Complete outpatient intake
• Support Admission Intake Days
• Address concerns respectfully
• Support the Voice of the Consumer Program
• Respond to general WWRC service calls
• Complete yearly BEST and required training

Minimum Qualifications:

• Provide operational support for Admission Intake Days for consumers, families, Student
Ambassadors, and staff to ensure a positive, efficient experience is provided with a high
level of consumer satisfaction while ensuring wait times are minimal, documented, and
evaluated.
•Address issues, concerns or complaints timely, respectfully, and appropriately. Make
concise, independent adjustments and decisions as appropriate and able with minimal
supervision.
•Support the Voice of the Consumer Program as needs are identified and requested
•Respond to general phone line as a resource for related to WWRC Services in an efficient,
informative, and polite manner.
•Yearly BEST and/or other trainings are required to assure appropriate training for potential situations.

Additional Considerations:

• Training and/or experience in the Human Services field.
