The Administrative Assistant will provide clerical support to the chair and the faculty of the Sociology Department’s academic programs, by interacting with faculty, students and other University stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Experience maintaining electronic record keeping
2. Working knowledge of office practices and procedures for state organizations/institutions
3. Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Outlook, and Publisher)
4. High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications

1. Some college experience
