**Probationary period will start over effective hire date for all current state employees**

Job Duties

Answer Phones, schedule appointments, relay messages, answer call lights, perform monthly audits on patient charts. Monitor monthly weights, comply with state and federal regulations for medical records. Knowledge of policies and procedures. Assist with resident care, transporting resident to appointments, provide ADL care as indicated. Performs other duties as assigned by nursing department.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid Virginia CNA License
CPR certification required upon hire or willing to obtain
Computer experience. Knowledge of medical procedures and language.
Ability to step in as a CNA when needed
