Job Duties
The Grants Compliance Manager is responsible for providing oversight and supervisory guidance to fiscal audit staff and grants compliance processes and procedures. Oversees fiscal audit activities and provides interpretation of policies and procedures for complex or non-routine inquiries. Responsible for analyzing fiscal data outputs and interpreting information into meaningful reports to both internal and external customers. Position is responsible for incorporating overall program knowledge and associated administrative processes into the development of Divisional practices. The incumbent provides guidance and support on fiscal reporting, budget monitoring, audit monitoring, sub-recipient monitoring and time and effort reporting. Responsible for recommending processes for improvement and developing procedures to assure grant compliance.

Minimum Qualifications
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and auditing principles and practices; management of large, complex budgets; federal and general fund source regulations/policies
• Demonstrated knowledge of basic management/application of business practices; understanding of sub-recipient relationships
• Ability to research, compile and analyze data
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; demonstrated ability to work effectively with other individuals, agencies and organizations in a team environment
• Ability to provide technical consultation/training to local agencies.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• MS Office (Excel) proficiency
• Familiarity with process improvement methods and project management techniques; Supervisory experience
