Job Duties
This position will maintain the automated inventory system for the Nottoway Campus to include Piedmont Geriatric Hospital (PGH) and the Virginia Center for Behavioral Rehabilitation (VCBR). To verify & code monthly Anthem invoices for the Nottoway Campus.
This position will also provide data entry into FMS for vendor additions/modifications and perform a variety of fiscal duties and prepare a variety of fiscal reports.
• Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with staff inside and outside the facility.
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work with numerical data, make rapid accurate arithmetic calculations.
• Demonstrated ability to verify/audit documents and prepare financial reports.
• Ability to handle workflow in a timely manner, meet deadlines and adapt to changes in policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bookkeeping experience required
- Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.) required
Additional Considerations
- Working knowledge of inventory and automated inventory tracking systems preferred.
