Job Duties

Supports the Policy and Initiatives (PI) Unit in managing, retaining, and distributing policy and procedure documents in accordance with Department, State, and Federal requirements. Facilitates the maintenance of the procedure database, tracks and supports management of policy-related compliance issues, assists with training development and delivery, and provides project management support for Department and unit initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong research and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to package complex information for a non-expert audience. Demonstrated ability to be flexible in navigating evolving technologies and organizational priorities.

Additional Considerations

Extensive experience with project management, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification. Experience with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) or records management. Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI for workflow automation, data visualization, and application development.
