Job Duties

Responsible to the ACNE. Provides comprehensive person-centered nursing care to individuals and groups of individuals with complex mental and physical illnesses through the supervision of both Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and supervising the direct care services provided by unlicensed program staff. Is able to assume responsibility for the continuity and quality of licensed nursing care delivered over the twenty-four hour day, seven days a week.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Virginia license to practice as a Registered Nurse or license eligible; multi-state compact endorsement accepted.

• Prior leadership experience required.

Additional Considerations

•Experience in a psychiatric setting.
