Job Duties

*This position is only open to current Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) employees.*

Minimum Qualifications

Experience working in a medical facility.

Experience with supervision.

Experience in the use of Microsoft Office computer programs, online and computer data entry.

Certification via Telecommunication School at the Hampton Roads Criminal Justice Academy.

Additional Considerations

Experience using a multi-line telephone system and various office equipment.

Experience using law enforcement / two-way radio equipment and dispatching calls.

Experience monitoring fire alarm systems.
