      The Field Coordinator for Seamless Alignment & Integrated Learning Support (SAILS) will work to ensure successful implementation of the SAILS Program in the participating high schools in their assigned region. The Field Coordinator will work directly with students, secondary and post-secondary faculty and administrators, and the SAILS Leadership Team. This position requires travel approximately 3 days per week and requires someone to live in the vicinity of the schools they will be supporting. Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Bradley, Loudon, Polk, Monroe, or Hamilton Counties.
